Security, transparency, and data protection are vital in dialogue marketing. At Direct Success, we put a lot of effort into the protection of your privacy and your personal data. We always work in accordance with the regulations of the EU-GDPR and, as a member of the German Dialogue Marketing Association (DDV), comply with strict quality and performance standards. You can find the definition of all terms used (i.e. “personal data” or “processing”) in Article 4 GDPR.

 

Collection of data

You can always visit our website without giving us information about yourself or your company. By submitting the contact form or by subscribing to our newsletter, we will use your registration information to communicate news and offers that are of interest to you.

 
Use of data

We use personal data in order to handle your inquiries and orders and additionally to send you offers or information. We will never share your personal data with third parties without your explicit approval. All employees of Direct Success GmbH have been informed of the data protection requirements of the GDPR and are obliged to comply with them.

 
Newsletter

We also use your e-mail address to send you news and information about our products and services, when you have given us your consent or in the context of an existing business relationship (according to Article 6, 1 GDPR). For our newsletters, we use the service of the supplier CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, CRASH Building, Schafjückenweg 2, 26180 Rastede, Germany. This supplier provides the dispatch of newsletters and statistical analysis. The name of your company, your name and your e-mail address are stored on the CleverReach servers in Germany and/or in Ireland. For more information, please refer to the privacy policy of CleverReach: https://www.cleverreach.com/en/privacy-policy/. You can revoke your consent for receiving our newsletter at any time and therefore unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can unsubscribe either via the unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter or by sending an e-mail to: datenschutz@directsuccess.de. The data we have stored for sending our newsletter will be deleted when you unsubscribe from this service. Data, which has been stored for other purposes, is unaffected.
We have concluded a order processing contract with CleverReach GmbH & Co.KG in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR and follow the strict directives of the German Data Protection Authorities.

 
Audience Measurement & Cookies

This website uses cookies for the creation of pseudonymous usage profiles. They are transferred from our server or the server of a third party to the browser of the user of www.directsuccess.eu. Cookies are small data files that are placed and read on your device. Your browser has access to these files. Cookies allow us to enhance user experience and security of this website. We also use session-cookies which are deleted when you close your browser.

 
Server log files

When you visit our website, the device that you use to access the page automatically transmits log data (connection data) to the servers of our service provider. The data is stored temporarily for statistical issues in order to improve the quality of our website. Log data includes the domain, the anonymous client IP address, item URLs, timestamp, status code, size of the response body, referrer URL, browser, system configuration and remote user.
This data is not combined with other data sources. Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

 
Google Analytics

For the demand-oriented design of our website we create pseudonymous usage profiles with Google Analytics. Google Analytics use cookies that are placed on your device and we can read them. This allows us to recognize returning visitors and count them as such. Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR and § 15 (3) of German Telemedia Act and in the interest of finding out how often our websites have been accessed by various users.
The information a cookie generates about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the United States and stored there. However, because we have activated IP anatomization on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within Member States of the European Union. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA (an appropriate level of data protection is available according to Art. 45 (1) GDPR through Google’s participation in the Privacy Shield) and only shortened there. We have concluded a contract for order processing with Google Inc. (USA) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
