The Deutsche Dialogmarketing Verband e. V. (DDV) is the largest national association of direct marketers in Europe and one of Germany’s leading associations in the communications industry. Like all members of the DDV, we are subject to their code of conduct, which commits us to a common understanding of ethical principles in direct marketing. You can consult the code of conduct here.
For many years now, we have been awarded the quality seal of the Deutsche Dialogmarketing Verband (DDV) for the list broking sector. The prerequisite for this is not only fulfilling all legal requirements in terms of data protection, but also compliance with additional quality and performance standards (QuLS) and the precise documentation of all processes. As a member of the competence center for target group marketing, we distinguish ourselves through particularly good quality, consumer and client-oriented work.
We are Preferred Business Partner of the Bundesverband E-Commerce und Versandhandel Deutschland e.V. bevh, the Berlin based German industry association of online and mail order companies. In order to insure the high quality level of the program, there are two prerequisites for admittance:
- Regular provision of services to e-commerce companies in Germany.
- Letters of recommendation from two independent "mentors" within the bevh membership or alternatively two e-commerce and mail order companies in Germany.
The Fevad, Fédération du e-commerce et de la vente à distance, is an association of over 600 French mail-order companies whose mission is to promote e-commerce and set quality standards. It also includes a comprehensive code of conduct to protect consumers and an e-commerce mediation service. We support many well-known companies not only with their admission procedure into the association but also in the ongoing cooperation, for example with the clarification of legal issues.
Cercle du Marketing Client
Founded in 1983, the French Direct Marketing Association comprises more than 300 members. It stands for the exchange of knowledge and ideas and links all players within French direct marketing. As a member of the Cercle du Marketing Client, we are always right on the pulse of the French market and have an excellent network within the industry.
